phpMyAdmin to use DisableIS = true

I've updated CustomBuild version:

which affects the configure/phpmyadmin/config.inc.php to include:

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['DisableIS'] = true;

which should make PMA a bit zippier for boxes with many databases.
