Please assist me

I know I have visitors because I've gone there. I've checked my ftp and am showing no files for stats on my .com site. If someone would be kind enough to pm me, I'll send you my msn id so you can talk me through how to set up stats to work correctly.

And before you send me to another thread, I've done a search and read them all. I have no idea what it's telling me to do. Needless to say, this is all new to me.

Do you own your own DirectAdmin license? Or simply host a site on a server managed by DirectAdmin?

If the latter, then the best place to ask is your hosting company.

Since this is really a user level post, I've moved it to the right subforum.

Thank you for your assistance. I forgot to come back and state that I found out it is a server problem and has nothing to do with direct admin. I apologize for the inconvenience.
