People are getting the following auto-reply when emailing me

I'm not very techie so any help would be so appreciated. I haven't been receiving any mail for a while now and need to get it working again.

here you go:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 relay not permitted (state 14).

When you give munged information there's no good way to test so the only way to help you is generically.
