I am new to direct admin and as such need help. I have a vps running direct admin and can't seem to get to grips with it. I have created nameservers at my registrar and have pointed them to the ip addresses I have been given. The problem I have is my domain is not defined in the settings within directadmin. When I click on all users in ADMIN I can see my username but no domain assigned to it. If I go to create a reseller or user I get the message "domain already exists. I cannot ftp any files because the domain is not associated. If I enter my domain in ie or firefox, I get the message "apache is working properly. Can anyone please help?

my domain is www.gwyneddhosting.com

I have 3 IPs with the vps

173.0.60.54 pointing to server1.gwyneddhosting.com
173.0.60.55 pointing to ns1.gwyneddhosting.com
173.0.60.58 pointing to ns2.gwyneddhosting.com

I have tried reading the instructions in site-helper.com but it's all over my head. As I said, I am a newbie but I really want to learn.

Thank you,
Ken

Something I forgot to mention

I forgot to mention, when I look at my directory listings in File Manager, It seems I do not have public_html or ftp folders. The only folders I have are - maildir, admin backups, domains (with no mention of my domain within) and user backups.

I am totally stumped. Please help?

I'm not complete sure, that I understood you correctly. Anyway http://intodns.com/gwyneddhosting.com shows OK. So I guess, domain was not properly added to your directadmin (apache configs). If so, you might want to re-add it.

Can you see it in any level: Admin, Reseller, User?

If you want me to fix it, I can do it for a nominal fee, send me a message.
