Please help[getting error during install]

Hi
I got a new server and a new license
But when i started the installation..it stopped after downloading some packages with the error
"You are not authorized to download the update package with that client id and license id for this IP address. Please email [email protected]"

1)could ny1 temme wats the prob

2)will i need to reload my os now?
 
I have mailed them but havent got their reply yet

Worried...Could u pls temme IF I WILL NEED AN OS RELOAD NOW?
 
The message simply state that the current ip address on your server doesn't match the ip address on your directadmin license / your license is not active yet.

Are you sure the ip address on your server match the ip address assigned to your directadmin license?

And are you sure your new directadmin license is active yet or is still waiting for approval?

Don't worry, should not need to reinstall your os (I guess :) )
 
thanx for helping...

they had given me the wrong ID
got the correct ID now

But,havent tried installing now....have mailed them asking whether an OS reload is needed now
