my forum database sent this error

Invalid SQL:
SHOW CREATE TABLE attachmentpermission;

MySQL Error : MySQL server has gone away
Error Number : 2006

please help me i don't know what to do

please anyone tell me how to solve this problem in detail as i'm still beginner and i didn't deal with directadmin before
