I do send always to support. Should also be that they replied to you but your mail server somehow decliend mail as spam or put mail into spam folder.

This Forum is used most from people who does use DA and give support to other user, DA Staff sometimes comes here, but, is not an official support forum.

Let's clarify again... The forum is for Community support. Requests for support from DirectAdmin need to be submitted either through email to their Support addressm ir by using the Safe Submit page.

DirectAdmin staff does read these pages, but the forums are not an official Support venue.

OK nobaloney, How are we supposed to contact directadmin? they do not respond to emails , the form mail , the community is for online supporters and I am in 3 week !
Perhaps I am wrong ! perhaps I am not reasonable !

I can't reply authoritatively because I'm not privy to DirectAdmin staff decisions. I believe that they've been notified of the thread (they may not see it on their own) because SeLLeRoNe tells us that in post #5 to this thread, above, on May 30th.

but only you can answer this; we don't know of any relationship between you and JBMC.

Hopefully this will be resolved, but I don't see how continued posting to this thread will resolve it.
