point subdomain to dynamic ip adress

Hi, I have a dynamic IP-Address and want to point one of my subdomains to my own changing IP-Address. I have updating a dynamic address but I am only able to forward numerous Ips in DirectAdmin is there a way to still point the subdomain to a changing Ip?

I do the same myself, you just need to make a cname to point to your dynamic dns name.

The first one yes. That's how I have mine setup. I use noip.com for my service.

maybe you forgot " . " in last character

Example: my.sub.mydomain.net.

The " . " is used to tell the system to NOT add [.domainname.xy] after it. Its kinda text replacement system.
