POP rejected in OUTLOOK

(Sorry for my english)

I created a pop account as [email protected] with a password as myPass.
when I try to retrieve my mail with outlook, it dont accep my username ([email protected]) / password (myPass), and finally tells me that my identification is rejected ("ERR, authorization failed").

have you a solution ?
is there a time between creation of a new pop account and its availability ?

Do not use capital letters either when creating or accessing mailboxes.

You can have your correspondents write you with capital letters in your email address, but you should never use them in the actual email names.
