pop3 and imap connection problem

hi all,

I have pop3 and imap connection problem after DA migrate to new machine
Everything works fine except pop3 and imap connection from outside.
Webmail can working fine and I can see the connection at /var/log/maillog
We try to connect from localhost by
telnet localhost 110
telnet localhost 143
are working fine, but when we connect from outside, its seems the pop3 and imap do not response.
We have disable the iptables and no firewall in front of the DA, but the result is the same, anyone can help? Thanks.

If the connections from the outside don't work then there's probably some firewalling going on somewhere. If you had posted the real domain information it would have made it possible to check more.
