Pop3 working, IMAP not, using Dovecot

I have a FreeBSD 64 install that uses Dovecot. Pop3 works fine. Whether I use Uebimiau or Squirrelmail, the inbox always shows empty. When I traverse to /home/user/imap/domain/vuser/Maildir folder and look in that directory and subs after sending a message, nothing every appears. When I check for processes running pop I see pop3-login and da-popb4smtp and dovecot is running.

Then you didnt covert to dovecot right. Its not sending stuff to the right folder.

Your suggestion makes a lot of sense. That's what it looks like. I'll try the dovecot=yes and ./build dovecot. I'm installing FreeBSD 64 bit, so I cannot do things quite according to Hoyle.

If this works, there will be only one blemish remaining. Exim shows and is controlled well by Service Monitor, but System Information shows it down.
