Port 25 outgoing SMTP server not working since latest update

After the latest Directadmin update it looks like the outgoing SMTP server is not working with port 25.

Does anybody know what might have changed?

Yes it was spoken many times, after Dovecot 2.4 it not possible, but there is an workaround here
