port 80 not working

i have a server with cent os 6 x64
in this server port 80 dont work .
when i installed apache 2.4.x with custombuild all of my website opens with https but dont open with http for example :
when i type my ip in browser with https i see this : Apache is functioning normally
but when i try without https i dont see that .

i have the problem with all website .
how can i solve this problem ?

Have you already checked the firewall or iptables if port 80 is opened?

yeah
i have firewall like csf and i stoped it and then unustall it
when i unistall csf , i cleared all iptables rules with IPTABLES -F command
but the problem not solved .

So if you check with iptables -L everyting is on ACCEPT?

That's odd.

Check with your upstream to make sure they're not blocking port 80.

how can i do it ?

A.) Is your server hanging at your home, then ask your cable/xdsl provider.
B.) Is your server hanging somewhere else? Then ask the owner of that "somewhere else" place.
