Possible to have same php.ini values on install new php version?

I'm just wondering. Kind of regularly, new php versions will be released and added to DA.
Is there a way to add certain php values to the newly installed php version by default? Like disable_functions and upload_max_size settings etc.?

Or is the only way to check and change them manually?
