possibly obvious email question (problem)

Hi peoples,
I am new to using 8-95.com as a host for my email. It worked great for a week but now I am unable to receive emails. I am able to send emails, and view my website which is hosted at 8-95.com, but can't recieve emails. I think this is a really obvious problem but I am drawing a blank. I've checked all my email settings again and again. I use Eudora. Thoughts would be much appreciated!!!

I should also add that the error message i keep getting when i check my email is that the connection timed out.
 
Amy, this problem should really be addressed to your hosting company (8-95.com) as they're the only ones who can log into their server and see what's going on.

That said, have you been deleting emails as you read them, or have you been leaving them on the server?

If you leave them on the server you can end up with a very long time between authentication and actual download, and yes, your Eudora can time out.

Can you log in through webmail (either www.example.com/squirrelmail or www.example.com/webmail, where "example.com" should be replaced by your domain name)? If so, how many emails are there?

I figured it out - thanks!

thanks a lot for your response. i just figured out what was going on. i recently sold my domain name and the people i sold it to assured me that they weren't going to change any of the DNS info for a few months. Well, they DID change it and they are now forwarding me my emails while i get my new domain name up.
