postmaster email being sent to the ADMIN when a resellers users site is suspended????

How does this work? I was a bit shocked. My resellers user was suspended by the system because they went over bandwidth. Now, im getting ALL THE SPAM sent to the suspended site.

WHY would i, the admin of the box, be receiving all the spam that is being sent to a suspended site? Doesnt make any sense. The worst part is its coming to me postmaster@. All postmaster deliveries are commented out in exim.conf. So where is it picking up postermaster anyway?

As admin of the server you're required to accept all postmaster email sent to the server. Really. Read the RFCs. Sure you can give the responsibility away but if you do you can find yourself blocklisted.
