predefined antispam settings on new accounts

I would like that every account I create would created with certain antispam predefined settings, like erase spam
at the 5.0 score.

This is a good idea; unfortunately I don't have the resources here at home to do the research on how to change it. Have you checked the templates to see if there's one for these settings?

If there's a template you could easily modify it on the command line.
