Preparing new server....

Hello all.
Right now im at the beginning of setting up a new server with DA
and i was thinking, are there any scripts or anything else that would help me migrate settings.. al custom things ?
Anything?
Or i need to d manual...
like lovering ttl...
migrating any custom settings....
Any advice, really aprechiate in advance!
