Hi,

I tried to call the phone number but it looks like it's disconnected.

I emailed sales but have yet to receive a reply.

Is there anyone there? :)

I just want to get my account upgraded for internal licenses so I can offer them to our dedicated customers.

I got the same problem, i cannot log into my account anymore but been waiting for 2 days now. And still no reply. :(
 
I assume they are swamped. I read other posts that they have a limited staff. But it's odd. They should at least respond to sales questions in timely manner (24hours) or else they cannot grow. We have the credit card ready ;) Just need to change the pricing :D

Yeah i have an account with internal pricing but i can't get in so that won't help me much either. :rolleyes:

I'm guessing Mark is on vacation.
 
Hi,

Im planning on purchasing DIRECTADMIN, however i've sent sales an email for about 3 days and still no reply on the information which i requested. I've also sent to Mark's email. But have not received any email from DIRECTADMIN.
 
Just wanted to clarify that it's been my experience that they answer support emails 24/7.
