Ability to "pro resource throttling" which operating system it runs on?

I think it must work with every listed OS, it's just a "Cgroups"
and Ubuntu 20 supports it too: https://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/focal/man7/cgroups.7.html

yes, it works, you can try to install it and configure manually, or use proPack is you want to manage it from panel

it's described somewhere? like system requirements page for ProPack? or other features. Maybe some table with OS on vertical and feature on horizontal and highlighted recommended variants..
