prob with the squirrelmail

i have problem with the squirrelmail
for some reason i cant read hebrew when i get
the email
i change at the " Options - Display Preferences "
the Language to Hebrew and i still cant see Hebrew
so if anyone know how to fix it please help me
i'm desperate
