Hi,

I've add a fixed IP address to a website, but when typing the website address the website is only accessible with the www.testtest.com but not with testtest.com before this it was, but can't find any difference.

How do i'll active this so it's again accessible with testtest.com

thanx

Hi Jeff,

thank you for the replay, the testtest.com was a fictive name.

I've moved the site to a new "reseller" so that problem is fixed.

No i have a problem with SSL , I'll have a Godaddy SSL cert, witch i revoked yesterday. Today i've bought a new one, but problems with inport the cert.
This site has a new fixed ip witch is "owned"

Do you know how to remove the old cert? or is this the only solution?

I know you were using a fictitious name. My point was that there's no way to help anyone who uses a fictitious name because our diagnostics show incorrect information.

The old cert consists of the files included in that window on the DirectAdmin Secure Certificate name. If you remove/replace them, you've removed the old Certificate.

The problem is that you may have deleted the key. You need both the key generated when the request was generated, and the new certificate, both in that window.

If you don't have either, you've got to get the certificate reissued.

When adding the new cert, it's the same , i've created a new cert, with the same details of the first cert, when clicking on the cert in IE it comes with the old details of the first cert and it's red

Reissue the first one is didn't also not work

Are there otheroptions

It's critical that you install the key that was created at the same time as the CSR, and the actual Certificate as delivered by GoDaddy, the key above the cert, in the window marked Paste a pre-generated certificate and key.

If you've done that it will save the key. Once you've done that (the key on top, followed immediately by the Certificate) and clicked on Save, then look near the top of the page to see if you've gotten a success message or an error message.

If GoDaddy supplies you with a CA cert you'll have to install that as well; there's a place to click to do that.

If you still can't get it installed you're either going to need help from Godaddy Support, or have someone look at your server and try it for you.

We've been selling and installing our own branded certs for years and we've never seen the message you're getting.
