problem after update we have to upgrade mysql or higher?

Yesterday we have upgraded a directadmin server by using custombuild 1.1 (http://files.directadmin.com/services/custombuild/1.1/)
After trying to login to phpMyAdmin now we have the following error as that we have to upgrade mysql or higher?

anybody ideas?
