Problem chaing IP address for domain and freeing up an IP.

Hi. My server provider had me move to new IPs, and it's causing a bit of trouble in DirectAdmin. I went into the DNS administration page (Admin level), removed all entries and added entries for the new IP addresses. Under the IP administration page (Admin level), it showed the status of one of my IPs set to 'server' (must be set to 'free' to remove), and the rest were assigned to a user.

I went to the Reseller level, and tried to free the IPs. It says that IPs can only be freed if they have 0 users on them. The reseller that they're assigned to is 'admin', so I assume there's something I need to do in the reseller page. How can I get rid of these inactive IPs?
