problem directadmin homepage not open

ifixed it by make restart to server and turn off ths internet module for 3 mintes,
please another ask
iwant to delete one folder and iget this error

You have to delete the files in the folder before you can just delete the folder.

but when i try do delete any file in this folder i get tha same error!

Maybe the permissions are messed up you might have to login to ssh to check out what the problem is.
