Problem i cant seem to solve.

Hi I have a problem with my sql I've enabled the options that are disabled but cant work out how to make them active. any ideas how to solve this?

Well I done what it said but still says the same and even restarted mysql

You should read documentation then. That advanced features are optional, and they are not necessary at all for the most cases.
