Hello,
I have a problem...
I tried to change a customer username (user level) and it says that there is a problem in the apache, so I reversed to my backup.
Now the apache is working well but when I try to enter the customer panel I get -
User Error
Details

Unable to determine Usertype
user.conf needs to be repaired

I checked and in the user.conf file all is right.
Also I did this action -
echo "action=cache&value=showallusers" >> /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue

but it still does not work, what I need to do? Help...

Thx, Have a nice day, Guy.

Do you know what exact error message you received?

Is this a repeatable problem?

Often if something is currupt for one domain the best thing to do back up, delete the username, and start over.

At this point I have no idea; if no one else respond here try contacting DirectAdmi support.
