while trying to install Direct admin at my server

Hello,

Just do what it's suggesting you:

apt-get install openssl
apt-get install libssl-dev
apt-get install bind9

Then re-start directadmin installer.

Whats listed in /etc/apt/sources.list? Maybe it needs updating.

Did your run

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

before (after OS installation)? If not, do it and try commands, posted above again once more.
