Is that completed System Backup?
and how can I restore the successful system backup?

By the way, If I want to backup the whole Server
Should I add all folders? such as /, /home, /etc, /var, /bin, .....etc.....

Any time you see an error you should:

a) check the list of files backed up to make sure it's backed up all it should

b) untar the backup somewhere with lots of space to check to see if all the files are there.

Of course you can add all the directory roots you want to back up but be sure to backup to something you're not also backing up. Or you'll end up in an endless loop.
