Problem in the mail

Dear techincal Team the I have problem when i what to send message the server show me the message is sent but it can n't arraived to yahoo mail or hotmail or gmail.
There another problem which is i can not add the main domain in the control panel and its show me the following maessage :

Cannot Create Domain

What is your hostname? Your hostname cannot be the same as your domain name. So, if you have a domain called mydomain.com, your hostname cannot be mydomain.com as it must be something like server.mydomain.com.
