Problem mail send with polish character

Hello.
My problem is:
I can send mail to all world when message have "abc......0123....+&#$AD......" characters....

But I can`t send emails with polish character example: "ąćęńśó"

What Can i do?

SMTP Error: Data not accepted - when i use polish character for ubemail (/webmail)
all of clients have this problem

now I cant send messages when subject have "ąćóńę" character

any help me?
