hi

DirectAdmin been installed and is updated
Now the rise of sites with the DNA set the following error is received
Apache is functioning normally

Also, with the following command:
http://ip/~username
The following error message instead of the welcome received
Not Found

The requested URL /~user was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2 Server at ip Port 80

How many days will be involved in this issue please help

I'd recommend changing the "hosts" file on your PC (on OS X and Linux it's /etc/hosts, on Windows the path is longer :)), that way you'd see your site with no DNS set. Otherwise, if you'd like to get ~user running, we'd need to know what is the version of CustomBuild on your server and the options.conf file.

hi

v custombuild = 1.2.41

I've even re-install the operating system and DirectAdmin, but the problem is still there

If you ping the host you try to reach does it reply with the correct ip of the server?

If you provide the domain name would be definitly easier to check and give possible solutions.

Regards

I ping my server
I also ping the domain

Gives the following error
Apache is functioning normally

I was about 6 years that I have about 20 servers DirectAdmin
The server on your home server everything works great but I'm going to test the Web service

That's not an error at all, that's a default index page of /var/www/html/

Is the httpd.conf file for the user owning the domain correct?

It should be placed in: /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/USER/httpd.conf

Does it have the right virtualhost?

Again, if you provide the domain name would be easier.

What do you mean by "the server on your home server"?

Your server is installed behind a nat.

You cant set Virtual Host to listen on public ip cause they are not on a public IP.

I've added your LAN IP as linked IP to the public one and set that apache virtualhosts have to "listen" on that IP too.

Now your domain is working and all additional domains will work aswell.

Regards

Thank you so much problem was resolved

Please solve the problem step by step please

Well, i do offer support services, you did send me login detail without ask for a quote..

I've solved your problem and already posted the solution:
"I've added your LAN IP as linked IP to the public one and set that apache virtualhosts have to "listen" on that IP too."

Since you work with 20 Server and use DA since 6 years, you should be capable to find out what i meant ;)

Regards

hi

We have not had personal experience of the server via the Internet.
This was the first public experience our experience in working with data center server from which the problem occurred
Thank you very much, I realized
