Hi,

Today i noticed a problem sending email to Gmail, due to some IPv6 config error:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com [2a00:1450:4013:c01::1a]:
550-5.7.1 [2a00:e10:xxxx:2::xxxx:xxxx 16] Our system has detected that this
550-5.7.1 message does not meet IPv6 sending guidelines regarding PTR records
550-5.7.1 and authentication. Please review
550 5.7.1 https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126 for more information. w44si8982933eef.75 - gsmtp

On that link there is something about a PTR record, I tried using the values specified so i'm a little lost here.

Does anyone know how to fix it, OR how to force ipv4 when sending email (just as a quick fix!)

thanks,

Matthijs

edit:
used disable_ipv6 = true for now but this it not a solution
