Problem sending mail

Hi all.
i have 6 email address created when i register the host.but after 10 days(now) i can recive email from everyonr but no account can send email and immidately after sending , the following mail deliver to me from "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender":

(This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
[email protected]
Unrouteable address)

so , what is the problem? is mail server down?how can i solve this?

I was having problems with my email not getting sent, so low and behold, I
double cheked my account and had one too many letters, so I redid everything
and double checked it and now there is no problem sending emails, even sent
myself one twice, now it works perfectly, problem solved at my end.
