Problem with Certyficate SSL

Hi, I have a problem applying for an SSL certificate. For most domains, this problem does not exist, but here it appears. I tried removing the domain and adding it again but that didn't help.

That domain has some issues. If it doesn't resolve correctly, Let's Encrypt won't work.
