problem with conect to mysql

all websites of the server have mysql conection problems.

i think that i can reinstall the DA for solved it, but i don know, if i reintall i lose the databases of customers and the files?

can i reintall the DA without lose the files and databases and emails of course?

Don't think DA is your problem. Check you mysql log files and/or update your mysql (see the version update threads).
