Problem with downloading database

Hello!
I have a problem with downloading database.
I have decided server with Direct Admin and when I've tired to download database backup from MySQL Management in the first time everything was fine, but in the next times I've got this error:

Unable to download backup

Details

/home/tmp/database_name.gz already exists, cannot make backup.

I've tried to delete this file from /home/tmp/ folder and the problem was fixed to the first time, but in the next times the problem was coming back

This is a Direct Admin bug? or bad configuration in my server?
