Problem with emails on outlook

Hi everybody!
I just change my server to an dedicated, and I start to use de DA as admin panel. No one off my clients see the email at the squirrel panel, all of then is redirected to their outlook or gmail accounts. Most of my clients is working fine. But there is two off them witch the emails works for a wile, them it stops to work... Both off then see theirs emails at their outlooks. It works fine, them stops to get the emails from the server. If I restart the modem it starts to pull emails again... and them it stops again. I restart the modem and it works... But I can't been restarting their modens 4, 5 times a day... Someone has a solution for it? Or any idea why is this happening?

Are you using any firewall?

It may be that their IP get banned for some reason and restarting the router make them change IP.

I would suggest you to check the brute force monitor logs, and csf (or whatever are you using as firewall) to understand if they are getting blocked and why.

If you have put the wrong password for an account, the IP of the connection will be blacklisted after several attemps. Check if emails passwords are right.
