problem with emails

hi all, im new to directadmin and enjoying what it has allowed me to do. though i have had one small problem.

I have created a new website with new domain name and its all ready to go except fot the fact that im unable to receive emails.

I have setup an account in outlook express as instructed in my registration email from my reseller.

Is this a problem with pop3, do i need to install something on to the server or is there something missing from the mail folder (this folder is empty)

anyhelp would be appreciated

I would speak with your reseller. There are too many factors involved, that we could only guess how they have their system configured.
 
i spoke to them a while a go and they have no idea. they say that everyone else seems to have email operating correctly, but myself, i'll ty thrm again though
 
thats it, cheers for that link problem solved. i was on the reseller level, going down to user level gives me the tools i needed. Got it working thanks Matrixx
