problem with enabling ftp

hello

i don't know in which part i should but my case

i can't enable ftp with the right user & pass



* JFTP::login: Unable to login
* JClientHelper:https://showbox.tools/ :setCredentialsFromRequest failed
* JFTP::write: Bad response
* JFTP::delete: Bad response



so i can't upload any model or plugin using joomla administrator

it show me this messege

# TP::login: Unable to login
# JClientHelper::setCredentialsFromRequest failed
# JFolder::create: Could not create directory
# Unable to write entry

how i can repair this
or is there any way to upload modules or plugins
without joomla administrator.

That depends if you're an end customer, not really anywhere.

In any other case. you should be able to upload whatever you want via the normal FTP account which is provided via Directadmin.
