Problem with exim and mail queue

I had upgraded Exim to version 4.80.1 and installed MailScanner from http://forum.directadmin.com/showthread.php?t=22587
then I can't receive mail from another mail, it only send mail to another ones

About 5 minute I received 1 message on mail queue, this is content:

Don't know what mrtg2 has to do with exim and it's queue. If it's the content of an email, then check this http://tasos.pavta.com/myblog/2012/06/16/subroutine-snmp_sessionpack_sockaddr_in6-redefined/

When reading queue in directadmin, click on email ID to see it's details and reasons on why the email is stuck in queue.

Thanks alot I had fixed it by remove MailScanner
