problem with ftp root

i have admin account in directadmin
i whant to go to ftp account with my admin username and password because the domain of the company is in

and i dont succses to login ftp

i whant to upload my company site and i dont succses to login ftp

the ftp of all another user and reseler is work

I don't know why you put root in the subject line when clearly you are talking about the admin user.

What does the server log say when you try to login?

try change admin password via directadmin with a different one and try ftp login, maybe for some reason password has been changed for directadmin login but not for ftp login?
