Problem with FTP user

First time posting so excuse me if I'm out of protocol.

My web hosting company did not know what was causing this problem and told me to bring it here.

This morning somehow my FTP user file became corrupted. All of the passwords of the file have been lost, etc. So I'll need to login to DA and re-create all user passwords.

I'm going through my list and everything looks fine. I wind up on one particular user and none of the domains under this user are showing. Instead I get what you see in the attachment file. So again, I'm only seeing this issue with one particular user and I have no idea what would be causing this.

Have you root access to server?

You need to check directadmin error logs and

/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/USERNAME/user.conf

permissions (well good to check all user directory permission).

If you dont have root access to the server, well, there is very few things you can do...

Also check to make sure you're not out of space on any partition.
