Problem with growing Bandwidth Imap

Hi,

I hope someone can help me.
We have one customer on a shared Directadmin server that have everyday a problem with his mailbox.
That the map receive a lot of GB bandwidth how can we fix this.

I have check google but cannot find the solution.
 
Simpel don't use imap for that accounts that use such much bandwith? ;)

Or have/give that email account / user account a limit.

Users should cleanup the mailaccounts! Otherwise you are a mailhoster versus webhoster. ;)
