I'm a newbie from Italy, so I apologise in advance for any mistake in writing and posting
I bought a web space whit Direct Admin. I am creating a mailinglist but I noticed that some email addresses do not receive the newsletter correctly (usually with a delay of several hours). I looked at the help guide and found the MX Record issue. Unfortunately, I cannot open the MX Record window as it is disabled from the Direct Admin installed on my web space. So the server people running my site informed me that I should have inserted the DNS addresses from another page, but again it doesn't work
any suggestion for the solution of the problem?
