Problem with nginx_apache

Hello my friends ,
My web server is Nginx_Apache & php-fpm & php relase 5.5
My problem is that the server load goes up & Hang ...

[root@server custombuild]# service httpd restart
Stopping httpd: [ OK ]
Remaining processes: 14975 14986 15015 15037 15046 15400 15486 15618 15886 16018 16157 16300 16454 16647 16753 16870
Stopping httpd: [ OK ]

It may help me to solve the problem?
