Problem with one e-mail account: Temporary internal error, retry timeout exceeded

Hi,

I have a problem with (only) one of my e-mail accounts. Mail sent is returned with:

I have checked quota of the filesystem and the send limit, and both are fine. I have rebuilt dovecot with the latest version (2.3.16).

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Ok, solved it.

In /var/log/dovecot_lmtp-errors.log I saw that there was a problem with permissions. This led me to https://wiki2.dovecot.org/Errors/ChgrpNoPerm
and in the end I used the set_permissions.sh script to correct it.
