problem with run directadmin

Hello.

Sorry for the spam. I have a problem in DirectAdmin
I took a week to three-month license
My problem is now coming to the site and you can.
Yesterday, my site went off again and again not only Admynm Direct.
But completely destroyed today

Today I wanted to do but could not reset it, and the Lord gave me the error
PHP: 
[root@server ~]# service directadmin restart
Stopping DirectAdmin:                                      [FAILED]
Starting DirectAdmin: /bin/bash: /usr/local/directadmin/directadmin: Permission denied


I have so much information on the server.
