Hello,
I set it to generate a scheduled backup once a day (from "Admin backup/transfer"). But it is not generated. When I do it manually, the backup is successful.
Automated tasks work normally.

maybe some dumb questions: (But needed since you have given 0 information on trouble shoot steps you took.)
1. Did you verify that DirectAdmin actually scheduled the backup?
2. What protocol do you use? (FTP, SSH, ect.)
3. Did it work before or not?
And other steps you have taken to come to the concussion that it's not working.

1. Yes, I'm sure of it. https://prnt.sc/1aaabl3
2. I set up both locally and my FTP, but the result is the same.
3. Has not worked so far, the installation is fresh. (OS: Cloudlinux)
2 thinks:
Did you verify the backup is not on the FTP server? (Now by default DirectAdmin does not notify you when a backup was successful. Only when it fails.)
And did you check you can use FTP and you do not need FTPS?

Yes, I checked on the FTP server if a backup was generated and it is not. As I said above, the data is certainly correct and does not need ftps. When I manually perform a backup task, it is performed successfully. The roblem is when it is scheduled.

Can you verify that your cronjobs is working? (On Debian its crond but I do not know what it is called on CloudLinux)

I tested that too. I created a cron for a user and it completed successfully.

Then I have no clue what is going on.
If you have support with your license I recommend to contact DirectAdmin and see what they say. (As even Google does not show issues like you are describing, so its not common.)
And keep looking here as someone may know then answer.

The problem is still not resolved.
I notice that the problem is only with FTP backup.
