Hi,
I create a CERTIFICATE REQUEST for SSL via Directadmin panel. But when i check this CRS i see below error:
Your CSR contains a challenge phrase.
Adding a challenge phrase to a CSR is not a secure practice. Please generate a new CSR that does not contain a challenge phrase.

Link check: https://cryptoreport.websecurity.symantec.com/checker/views/csrCheck.jsp

I can not make it work with ssls.com

How can i disable the challenge phrase ?

thanks

Hello,

since the form to generate a CSR in DirectAdmin don't have any field for a challenge phrase, may I ask you how did you create your CSR?

Regards,

Hi,

Of course i did it in the Direct Admin SSL page.
I dont see any section in this page regard to SSL challenge phrase

If you are indeed generating the CSR via DirectAdmin, then there is no passphrase / challenge phrase. I do this multiple times a day, five days a week. I'd suggest trying a different SSL provider than the one you mentioned in your original post.

Yes,
I did create SSL before a lot of time.
I am also a hosting provider here.
But i dont know why this time it encountered this problem.
I have to switch to another server to set it up now and it works well
